My name is Bryanna Bradley and I am female water photographer based out of Tofino, British Columbia. I was born and raised in Stittsville, Ontario, a place far from the ocean, so I never take my time near the water for granted.
Coming from a photojournalism background, I naturally like being thrown into challenging or rapidly changing circumstances, that is why I love shooting in the water. The surf in Canada is as unpredictable as the weather, and that is what keeps it exciting.
It is cold and we have to wear a sinful amount of neoprene to get our fill of waves. The dedication of the females here in Tofino is what I want to share with the world.
It helps that I really like natural lighting and surfing.
